I was curious if you could tell me a little bit more about your experience there as far as how you managed to do studying in cookery and in pastry at the same time without doing the year program.  Did you skip your French tuition after a month and then add the pastry, and did it cost you quite a bit to add the pastry tuition on?  How many people were in your course at a time, and what was the average age of the people studying?  I would so appreciate if you have some time hearing your opinion.
