Hi! I am thinking of going to the school next year 2012. But can you tell me whether you were happy with teaching, language level required? Were there any things that concerned you about the school? finding it difficult to get any feedback on Gastronomicom from past students.

I’m planning on going to Gastrinomicom starting this September and stumbled upon your blog when researching the school. I was curious if you could tell me a little bit more about your experience there as far as how you managed to do studying in cookery and in pastry at the same time without doing the year program. Did you skip your French tuition after a month and then add the pastry, and did it cost you quite a bit to add the pastry tuition on? How many people were in your course at a time, and what was the average age of the people studying? I would so appreciate if you have some time hearing your opinion. Hope you’re enjoying your travels!

Hi Dan and Carly,
I am looking into booking a 3 month course at this school.
The food that you made on the course looks fantastic and it looks like you had a great time, but I can only find mixed reviews for the school. People either seem to really love it or hate it. Could you possibly give me a few more details about your experience?
I am also thinking about doing the 4-month internship, do you know anyone who did it and how it is going for them?
