Chambar
Last night we had dinner with some friends who were out from Nelson for the weekend, and returned to one of our newly found favorite restaurants. Chambar Belgian Restaurant (near Gastown, 1/2 block from Stadium Station) is absolutely outstanding, and has climbed to one of our favorite places to eat.
With amazing food (even french fries pommes frites) and a Belgian beer list numbering around 40 – you’d be hard pressed not to love this place.

And we’re at T-Minus 5 days until vacation go-time. It’s gonna be great to get away for a bit.
