Rome, Italy
We’re alive. We’re in Rome. We’ve been here for 4 nights and nothing could be better than finally being out of Israel. We’ve typed up blog entries for Israel at length, but have not yet been able to find wireless internet access here anywhere, and the entries are all on Dan’s laptop.
Suffice to stay, I’m pretty sure they got it wrong in The Wizard of Oz, it really should have been “There’s no place like Rome”. It is amazing here.
More later, when I’m not stuck in some crummy internet cafe with a keyboard that is darn near impossible to use.

So, how is it that this looks proper but everything I’ve gotten is barely passable Engrish?
