Zam Zam
Zam Zam is a restaurant in Singapore known for their Murtabak. Since I talk about Murtabak a lot, I figure it’s about time I put up some pictures of the fabulous Murtabak Makers at work. These shots were taken just outside of Zam Zam near Arab Street – and depict the glorious life cycle of Murtabak creation.
