Thailand Bound
Itinerary has been confirmed. It’s a good thing, because we’re leaving tomorrow morning. Basic itinerary looks something like:
1) Depart Singapore on Tiger Airways (Oct 8th) and arrive in Bangkok.
2) Three nights at the Asha Guest House which (as far as I can tell) is in the Northern part of central Bangkok.
3) Depart Bangkok on Thai Airways (Oct 11th) and arrive in Krabi.
4) Spend three nights at the Emerald Garden Resort in Krabi province near Ao Nang beach.
5) Back home to Singapore on Tiger Airways (Oct 14th).
The flight home was a pretty sweet deal at a base fair of $14.99 / person (plus tax). All said and done though, all the flights and accommodation for the whole week cost around SGD$750 (which translates into about CDN$525 based on the current rates).
So you may not hear anything from us for the next week. We might throw a post up if we have a few minutes and find ourselves some Internet.
